There are two types of banks. They are central and commercial banks. There is only a central bank in each country. In our country the central bank is Bank Indonesia. It doesn’t give loans to every person and doesn’t receive the saving. But it gives the loans to the commercial banks and the financial institutions.
What about the commercial banks? They are kinds of banks which give loans to every person who wants to borrow money from a bank and it receive the person’s saving. People who want to get loans from the bank must have valuable things for the securities.
